Location: the hotel was next to the city centre, the lake and town and Mexico. They gave us a comfy room with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and an iron. We loved exceptionally comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Henry in Bacalar! The owner, Raphael, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The courtyard garden with the beautiful pool was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central square and the stunning lagoon. The room was comfortable, with a fan and air conditioning to keep us cool. And the added bonus of having Netflix in our room was a great way to wind down in the evenings. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a noisy room and occasional water and power cuts, we overall had a wonderful experience. Hotel Henry Bacalar is definitely a place we would recommend!
